After years of working for the same large mortgage company, Andrew Otter and Marshall Kutz joined forces to create their own company that more accurately reflected their desire to put people first – at work and at home. They built a company that is both relationship-focused and family-oriented, and they continue to surround themselves with a team of people who are as trusted as they are talented.

This venture enables them to create connections with clients and spend quality time with their growing families. As friends first, Marshall and Andrew recognize the importance of striking the right balance between work and their lives outside of work. And so far, their philosophy has been working well.
